Thank you for choosing Brook's Boutique for your custom garments needs.  We look forward to serving you! 

Turnaround

The turn around time on your order starts when you have paid in full and we have all information required to complete your order (size, design inspiration, color, age, name etc.). Delay in receipt of *any* of this info could result in production delays. Our current turnaround time is 5-7 Business Days Average + Shipping.

Our current turnaround for custom orders is 10-12 Business Days Average + Shipping.  Custom orders are birthday or special event garment designed especially for you!  

If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order; rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and processed in our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. 

Changes to Your Order After Payment

Any change made to your order that is not due to a stock issue on behalf of the stock suppliers will be subject to a change fee of $10.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain that’s what you want. Once the process begins changes become costly and time consuming.

Cancellations 

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours after orders has been placed. No cancellations will be accepted once production has begun.  

Shipping

Brook's Boutique will not be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.

Quality Assurance

We check every garment thoroughly before shipping. It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow a standard 72 hour window from the time you receive your garment to notify us of any issues with the order. We will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving your order(pickup, hand delivery, or shipping delivery date). 

Returns

We will gladly accept returns of unused/unworn items for store credit if contacted within 7 days of receiving the item. The store credit will be issued in the original amount paid excluding shipping. The store credit will not be issued until we receive the item back. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS, unless the garment arrived damaged.  If you receive a damaged garment, please email us a picture within 2 days of receiving the item.
